New Orleans, LA:  The newly elected board of the Synthetic Turf Council appointed Target Technologies' own managing director, John B. Giraud, as Board Chairman - at the conclusion of its 2010 membership meeting at the Royal Sonesta Hotel.  Giraud's 1-year appointment to  this key leadership position followed the Council's largest and most successful gathering to date - with a record 200+ attendees on-hand.
