Vancouver, BC:  The reconstruction of Vancouver's iconic BC Place Stadium has led to the need for construction of a temporary facility in the city's east end.  Rising on the site of the original Empire Stadium (1950-1983,) Empire Field will be the home of the city's Canadian Football League team - the BC Lions - for the next 1 1/2 seasons.
