Shepherdstown, WV: When Shepherd University chose their new synthetic turf athletic surface, for Ram Stadium, they received the added bonus of quality silica sand infill - from Target Technologies Int. The new all-weather surface will allow the university athletics program to expand its schedule -- including the creation of a women's lacrosse team. TTII also supplied logistics services, for silica sand infill delivery for this project.
